The other day I had the pleasure and privilege of meeting a woman who just turned 100. She lives in my building.
You’d probably think she’s 80, at the most, if you saw her. She doesn’t have any of the blotchy skin so many centenarians develop, she’s agile and quick-witted. She is also takes great pride in her appearance.
And how the world she’s experienced over a hundred years must have changed. Today, at 100, she uses the Internet and is fully at ease with today’s world.
Fingers crossed, she’ll easily be around for another ten years or more.
I’m just in awe of her. What a strong(-willed) and tough, typical Quebecer.
