Obama all about ‘divide and conquer’

January 25, 2012 Politics

Remember when everyone was trying to keep up with the Joneses? Nowadays, it’s not about pulling even with them, but torturing, clobbering, pounding and eventually killing them. That’s the kind of hostile environment that only left-wingers can create (given their congenital penchant for violence), and Barack Obama seems determined to make this mindset the main [...]

January 22, 2012 Politics

Venezuela is led by a murderous, despotic Marxist who is bosom buddies with one of the world’s most dangerous terrorists, Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, a physical midget who seeks to build a nuclear bomb for the sole purpose of blasting Israel off the map.

Unnecessary harassment of Netflix

January 5, 2012 Business

For weeks, it has been impossible to open any US news publication and not see a disparaging article or comment about Netflix. One gripe among US subscribers has been the separate, and increased, fee Netflix charges for DVDs delivered in the mail for those who don’t want to stream the content. Another criticism concerns the [...]

America in 2012

December 31, 2011 Politics

If you expect to read some erudite predictions about 2012, you’ll be disappointed. We need more fairness for qualified workers, not more immigration

December 20, 2011 Politics

Rick Perry’s video NOT hate speech

December 9, 2011 Politics

Leave it to lefties to “misunderstand” things. Most of them are illiterate, while those who can actually read will go to extreme lengths to deliberately misinterpret what conservatives say.

All in a day’s work: offences to common sense and good taste

November 3, 2011 Business

This being Thursday, we should consider ourselves blessed that this week’s almost over and done with, seeing how much silliness and outright stupidity can occur in a single day like today.

Poking the President isn’t a racist act

October 31, 2011 Politics

I have to admit that I’m sick and tired of the birthers, that is, those who keep questioning Barack Obama’s place of birth. When none other than Donald Trump jumped on that particular horse and flogged it until the President finally relented and presented his long-form birth certificate, proving once and for all his “Americanness”, [...]
